How do I request custom made jewelry?	If you would like a custom piece, please Contact Us with your info and a brief description of the request. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.
Do you gift wrap?	At Designs By Lena we provide free gift wrapping services with every order. Your jewelry always comes packed in a jewelry gift box tied with satin ribbon. Bubble wrap protects the giftbox and your order will ship in a padded envelope.
What payment methods do you accept?	We accept major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We use Paypal to process your payments, but you don't have to have a Paypal account to make your payment!
What are your shipping rates?	We provide free shipping on all orders over $100! For all orders under $100, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of only $5.00 to anywhere within the US.
What's your return/ exchange policy?	You can view our Returns & Exchanges Policy here.
How do I track my order?	Sign in to your registered account and you will see a Order History page. This will show you detailed information about your order.
